L3 Technologies Inc., Salt Lake City, Utah, was awarded a $20,717,731 hybrid (cost-plus-fixed-fee and firm-fixed-price) contract for the Manned/Unmanned Teaming hardware and technical and engineering support for the Apache attack helicopter. Bids were solicited via the internet with one received. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of Jan. 31, 2024.

Mike Hooks LLC, Westlake, Louisiana, was awarded a $49,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract for rental of a cutterhead pipeline dredge for dredging projects in Alabama, Mississippi, and Florida. Bids were solicited via the internet with two received. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of Jan. 8, 2024.
U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Mobile, Alabama, is the contracting activity (W91278-23-D-0026).
AeroVironment Inc., Simi Valley, California, was awarded an $86,424,635 firm-fixed-price contract for the RQ-20B All Environment 3 and the Long Endurance Puma unmanned aircraft systems. Bids were solicited via the internet with one received. Work will be performed in Simi Valley, California, with an estimated completion date of Sept. 29, 2023. Fiscal 2023 operation and maintenance, Army funds in the amount of $86,424,635 were obligated at the time of the award.

Montana State University, Bozeman, Montana, was awarded a $9,182,692 modification (P00003) to contract W911W6-18-C-0050 for research and development of complex-shaped fiber-reinforced composites. Work will be performed in Bozeman, Montana, with an estimated completion date of Sept. 30, 2025. Fiscal 2022 research, development, test and evaluation, Army funds in the amount of $9,182,692 were obligated at the time of the award.

Huntsville-based IPTA was also awarded the $404M US Army Futures Command (AFC) Combat Capability Development Command (DEVCOM) Aviation and Missile Center (AvMC) Enterprise Information Technology Support Services (EITSS) contract, to support IT services under the VETS 2 GWAC. IPTA will provide the personnel, services, and materials necessary to enable the full lifecycle of IT support requirements across AvMC. IPTA’s services to support the AvMC mission will include Network Support, Information Management Services, Cybersecurity Management, Portfolio Management, IT Asset Management, Application Management, IT Governance, and Tiered Service Response.
