Huntsville International Airport Adds Low-Fare Routes to Denver, Las Vegas
Travelers looking to set out west from Huntsville International Airport will soon have additional options for affordable routes.
In response to consumer demand, Frontier Airlines will add a nonstop route from Huntsville to Denver. Fare will start at $94 one-way, with flights offered twice a week, on Mondays and Fridays. Flights will begin May 2.
“Our passengers tell us that they have long desired this low-cost, non-stop flight to Denver,” said Rick Tucker, CEO, Huntsville International Airport. “We are thrilled to be able to offer it to them just in time for summer vacations out west.”
Travelers will be whisked away to western destinations aboard A320 and A321 “Airbus” airplanes, which boast extensive noise reduction and outstanding fuel efficiency.
This news comes after Breeze Airway’s recent announcement that they will add a non-stop route from Huntsville to Las Vegas, which will begin August 4. Fare starts at $99 one-way.
“This will complement their service to Tampa and Charleston and enhance our market’s leisure destinations,” added Tucker. “This new service is ‘seriously nice’ for HSV!”
