Little more than a year after breaking ground at the former Fleming estate in south Huntsville, Fleming Farms senior living community is welcoming its first residents.

The residences feature modern amenities and range from studio apartments to three-bedroom units.

The upscale community facing Whitesburg Drive between Airport Road and Drake Avenue features 183 open concept apartment homes for seniors looking for independent living, assisted living and memory care options.
