Eggs Up Grill to Open This Summer in Madison

MADISON — Eggs Up Grill, a rapidly growing breakfast, brunch, and lunch concept, is starting construction in Madison – the restaurant’s first location in the state.

The restaurant will open this summer at 300 Hughes Road.

“We were looking for business options that would fit with post-corporate plans and ran across Eggs Up Grill,” said Kristen McLellan. She and her husband Alex are co-owners. “As we began to explore an ownership opportunity, we realized it was an obvious fit with our personal goals – the perfect business in the perfect location. The community that we’ve fallen in love with complements the Eggs Up Grill mission of great food, community service, family, and hospitality.”

Whether dining at the counter feeling the energy from the kitchen, at a table shared with neighbors and friends, or in a cozy booth, guests can choose seating options to suit the perfect occasion or mood. The 2,400 square-foot restaurant has indoor seating for 86 and an outdoor patio for 24.

Eggs Up Grill is open seven days a week from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. with dine-in, online ordering, takeout, catering, and delivery options available.
