Capstone Building Breaks Ground on Phase II of Stoneridge Villas
MADISON – Birmingham-based Capstone Building Corp. has announced the start of Stoneridge Villas Phase II, a senior living facility in Madison.
The $9.9 million phase covers 85,551 square feet and is scheduled to be completed in mid-2022. Capstone Building is serving as the general contractor, Pennrose-BLOC is the developer and EDT-THA is the architect.
Stoneridge Villas Phase II is a senior living facility comprised of 12 single-story apartment buildings with 65 units in one- and two-bedroom options. The community offers seniors a state-of-the art and affordable facility to live independently. The property’s luxury amenities include a walking trail and community building with a fitness area and computer room.
