Order of Publication

The object of this suit is to obtain a divorce a vinculo matrimonii from the
Defendant, Samuel Reeves (hereinafter the :Defendant”), on the grounds of living
apart for a period longer than a year from Kaylynn N. Reeves (hereinafter the
“Plaintiff”), pursuant to §20-91(6) of the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended; and

It appearing from the Affidavit In Support Of Order of Publication filed by the
Plaintiff that diligence has been used by or on behalf of the Plaintiff to ascertain what
county or city the Defendant is without effect; it is therefore

ORDERED that the Defendant appear before this Court on or before September
8th , 2026 at 9:00 a.m. to protect his interests herein; and

It is further ORDERED that on September 8 th , 2026 at 9:00 a.m., the Plaintiff will
appear before this Court for the purposes of setting a final hearing on the issues of
grounds of divorce and equitable distribution; and

It is further ORDERED that the above-paragraphs of this Order of Publication be
published once a week for four (4) successive weeks in Event Publishing, a journal of
general circulation and producer of tow local news websites (www.eventhuntsville.com
And www.huntsvillebusinessjournal.com) in Huntsville, AL.
