With more than $200 million worth of ongoing projects in Huntsville, Doster Construction decided to move closer to the action.

So, the company has opened an office on Franklin Street in Huntsville.

“We wanted to create a local presence for our clients and expand our reach in Huntsville,” said Walton Doster, President & CEO. “We’re excited to become a part of the thriving Huntsville community.”

Current projects for the company in Huntsville include the Eclipse at City Centre mixed-use development, Novare Madison apartments, Constellation mixed-use development, Village at Hays Preserve apartments, and an eye surgery center. The company is working on the early phases of several other projects including a new 3-story 100,000 square foot office building in the City.

Doster recently named Conn Crabtree as vice president and operations manager for the new Huntsville Division. He has more than two decades of experience in healthcare, commercial, multifamily, hospitality, and institutional construction.

“The growth in the Huntsville area is a natural fit for Doster’s strengths – health care, multifamily, commercial, and industrial construction,” said Crabtree. “Doster has worked in the Huntsville area for more than two decades, and we’re excited to plant roots and continue building relationships in North Alabama.”
