THREE15 Opens Its Doors at Lincoln Mill’s New Dye House

February 16, 2022/in News, Retail, Small Business/by Dawn Suiter

Lincoln Mill’s new Dye House is busy with construction as its confirmed tenants are readying their spaces for business. Dye House celebrated the grand opening of its first tenant last week, a concept fitness studio called THREE15.

THREE15 welcomed visitors with drinks, hors d’oeuvres, giveaways, and more. The fitness-focused studio is a three-in-one facility that offers classes combining cycling, strength training, and barre exercises designed to keep members motivated, entertained, and successful.

Pairing a laid-back vibe with a modern, upscale atmosphere, THREE15 focuses on bringing fun to workouts and making them as enjoyable as they are productive. In addition, the studio has a boutique featuring a variety of exercise-related items.

Classes can be booked throughout the day, with various packages offered.

THREE15 will soon be joined by a variety of future tenants. Fusion Barbecue, projected to open on May 1, will feature a variety of plates mostly inspired by Asian cuisine, including Asian Bourbon-Glazed Ribs, Wagyu Brisket Bao Buns, and Smoked Duck Wings. Desserts will include a Miso cheesecake with an Oreo crust. Learn more about Fusion Barbecue here.

Heritage Kitchen + Bath will be relocating to Dye House in Q2 of 2022. Inside its new showroom, guests will find a wide variety of fixtures and finishes presented in a beautifully designed space that helps clients visualize their building or remodeling projects. Its new location will also feature a curated collection of custom bedding, bath linens, and home decor.

Two other coming attractions in Lincoln Mill’s Dye House are the Florence-based Turbo Coffee, also opening in Q2 of 2022, and High Point Climbing and Fitness, which is on target for a Q4 opening this year.
