NAI Chase Commercial Represents Multi-Million Dollar Complex Sale

Last week, NAI Chase Commercial represented the sale of the Creekside multi-tenant complex on behalf of Jim Vaughn with Southern States Leasing Company.

Creekside was sold for $4,146,750 to Creekside HSV, LLC. The property consists of five buildings with 71,200 square feet of total multi-tenant commercial space.

The complex currently has more than a dozen tenants, including Marco’s Pizza, Air Force Recruitment, Nashville Dental, AmPro Insurance, All American Pest Control, Brendle Sprinkler, Tennessee Valley Builders, Alabama Blue Print, Troy Systems, and United Seating & Mobility.

Additional Creekside tenants include Steve Siniard & Kenneth Chandler, Anchor Electrical, Gorrie-Regan & Associates, and the Social Security Administration Hearing Office.

The sale at Creekside represents a trend within the real estate and investment industry.

Apart from the boom in the red hot housing market, investment property such as retail units, office spaces, and even apartments or rental condo units have also seen a boom, especially in Huntsville-Madison County.

“Conditions are prime for those looking to sell their investment property. A local investor purchased Creekside, as a value-add property with a strong rent roll and excellent upside potential. This sale is just one of the latest of several recent major transactions we’ve represented in Huntsville and the greater Alabama market,” said Ashley Farrell, a leasing and sales specialist at NAI Chase Commercial.

NAI Chase Commercial has over 100 properties for lease in North Alabama, including office spaces in Cummings Research Park and retail locations and spaces at Stovehouse off of Governors Avenue.

Creekside is located at 2315 Bob Wallace Avenue and 2809 Newby Road. Creekside HSV, LLC. is an Alabama Domestic Limited-Liability Company filed on July 26, 2021.
