July 17, 2023/in Featured, Lead, News/by staff reports

NAI Chase Commercial, a member of the world’s premier managed network of commercial real estate firms, announced that it represented the seller in the lease of 4025 Pepperwood Circle located in Huntsville, Alabama to Home Healthcare LLC.

Wilson Enslen and Douglas McCullough, CCIM represented the seller. The buyer was represented by United Properties.

“It was a real pleasure working with Wilson as my counterpart. His professionalism and strong follow up kept the transaction moving smoothly, ” said Douglas McCullough, CCIM and VP at NAI Chase.

“My overall experience was A+ I have called on him anytime we needed any commercial real estate assistance. He helped us rent out three of the spaces in our building prior to us putting it up for sale. Doug Sr. and his entire team are the best I have ever worked with. They helped us with everything we needed, always going above and beyond,” said Nancy Regan of Fernandez Medical Center LLC.
