PeopleTec remains a best workplace for millennials

July 28, 2023/in Awards, Employment, Featured, Lead, News/by Noah Logan

Great Place to Work® and Fortune have named PeopleTec a Best Workplace for Millennials for the fifth consecutive year (2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023). PeopleTec landed at 14th for 2023.

To produce the Best Workplaces for Millennials, Fortune partnered with Great Place to Work® to evaluate thousands of organizations through employee surveys in America’s largest ongoing annual workforce study. The results are based on over 1.3 million employee survey responses.

Great Place to Work® measured the differences in almost 500,000 Millennial survey responses to those of other generations and assesses the impact of demographics and roles on the quality and consistency of experiences. To be considered for the list, companies must have at least 50 Millennial employees in the US. With 200 Millennial employees (those born between 1981 and 1996), this group comprises 34.9% of PeopleTec’s total workforce.

The Best Workplaces for Millennials list is highly competitive. Survey responses reflect a comprehensive picture of the workplace experience. Honorees were selected based on their ability to offer positive outcomes for employees regardless of job role, race, gender, sexual orientation, work status, or other demographic identifier.
