Sheena Collier: CEO and Founder of Provision Realty, LLC and Provision Real Estate Academy
Dr. Sheena Collier holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration in Management from Stillman College, a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Texas A&M University-Texarkana, and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) from the Trinity International University of Ambassadors. Additionally, she has been awarded an Honorary Doctor of Philosophy (PhD h.c.) from the Trinity International University of Ambassadors School of Business.
Sheena brings over 20 years of experience as a Senior Logistics Manager and has established herself as a licensed Real Estate Broker, assisting many individuals in achieving their dreams through real estate. She is also a licensed Real Estate Instructor, where she teaches and coaches aspiring real estate agents and professionals. As the CEO and Founder of Provision Realty, LLC and Provision Real Estate Academy, LLC, Dr. Collier continues to make significant contributions to the real estate industry. In addition to her professional pursuits, she is a talented vocalist.
Sheena has been recognized for her achievements and contributions, including being featured on the cover of HBCU Magazine’s HBCU Delta, HBCU CEO, and HBCU REALTOR. She has also been honored as a recipient of the Women in Business and Leadership award for International Women’s Day by Powerhouse Global Magazine.
Sheena is a graduate of the City of Huntsville Civic Engagement Academy from the Office of the Mayor of Huntsville. Dr. Collier is also the 2025 recipient of the Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award and the Sirens of Service Award given to those who have made a significant impact on the community through community service.
What do you love most about living and working in Huntsville?
As a Huntsville native, I am enjoying seeing my hometown grow and evolve to what it is today. Huntsville is a growing city with a small town feel.
What’s your best advice for starting a career in the Rocket City?
When starting a career in the Rocket City, I would recommend joining or participating in organizations or groups with other professionals in your career field for networking opportunities.
How do you like to spend your time outside of work?
I enjoy traveling and spending time with family and friends. I also enjoy volunteering and participating in the civic, public service, and professional organizations that I am affiliated with such as: Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc, Order of Eastern Star, Society of Professional Women (SOPW), National Council of Negro Women (NCNW), Iota Phi Lambda Sorority, Inc., Union Chapel M.B. Church ministries, Life member of the National Alumni Association of Stillman College, National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), Alabama Association of REALTORS® (AAR), Huntsville Association of REALTORS® (HAAR), HAAR and Valley MLS Technology and Events Committees, Huntsville Madison County Builders Association (HMCBA), and the Alabama Real Estate Educators Association (AREEA).
How do you like to give back to the community, and why is it important to you?
I enjoy mentoring young adults in the community, and in my profession as a REALTOR®, real estate broker, and instructor, I enjoy being a mentor to other real estate professionals, and aspiring real estate agents.
