Joseph Ronderos Promoted to Member at Stites & Harbison, PLLC

Stites & Harbison, PLLC has announced that Joseph Ronderos is among eight attorneys promoted to Member (Partner). Ronderos is a litigator in the firm’s Business Litigation Service Group, where his practice focuses on financial services, creditors’ rights, commercial disputes, and product liability. He has represented clients in complex litigation and appeals before state and federal courts, including the Sixth and Eleventh Circuit Courts of Appeals.

His experience includes defending mortgage servicers under the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), handling claims under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), and the Truth in Lending Act (TILA), and addressing foreclosure-related matters. Ronderos also advises clients on structured settlement transfers, real property title issues, and estate planning.
