Bank47 CEO Hill Womble has announced the promotion of Julia Gutierrez to Senior Vice President, recognizing her leadership and contributions to the bank’s continued growth and risk management operations.

Gutierrez serves as Senior Vice President, Compliance/BSA Officer and HR Manager, bringing more than 20 years of experience in banking compliance and risk management. In her expanded role, she will continue overseeing the bank’s enterprise-wide compliance and BSA/AML programs, helping ensure adherence to federal and state regulations while supporting strong governance and operational practices.

“Julia has certainly earned this recognition and promotion,” Womble said. “She delivers at the highest level, and we are excited to see her continue making a strong impact as we grow.”

Before joining Bank47, Gutierrez held executive leadership positions in regulatory compliance, enterprise risk, education, and advisory services, including work with a national compliance firm supporting community banks across the country.

Gutierrez graduated from The University of Alabama and served more than a decade as a captain in the United States Army Reserve.
