Greenbrier Commerce Center Adds 262,880 Square Feet of Industrial Space

September 11, 2026/in Construction, Development, Featured, News, Real Estate/by staff reports

Colliers | Alabama will serve as the exclusive landlord representative for Greenbrier Commerce Center, a 262,880-square-foot Class A industrial development under construction on Coretta Drive NW in Huntsville.

The project is being developed by Atlanta-based Pattillo Industrial Real Estate and is slated for completion in August 2027.

Located within Huntsville’s growing Greenbrier industrial corridor, the development will accommodate single- or multi-tenant users, with spaces available from 50,000 to 262,880 square feet.

Greenbrier Commerce Center is strategically positioned near I-65 and I-565, with direct access to Greenbrier Parkway via the newly constructed three-lane Coretta Drive. The property is adjacent to rail and offers convenient access to the Port of Huntsville, including Huntsville International Airport, the International Intermodal Center and Jetplex Industrial Park.

Major manufacturing and distribution operations nearby include Mazda Toyota Manufacturing, Polaris, Target and Amazon.

“Greenbrier Commerce Center represents an exciting addition to Huntsville’s industrial inventory and will provide prospective tenants with the modern building specifications, flexibility and connectivity today’s industrial users are seeking,” said Tripp Alexander, CCIM, SIOR, Partner and Director of Industrial Services with Colliers | Alabama. “Pattillo has a strong reputation for developing high-quality industrial properties, and we are excited to work alongside their team to bring this Class A development to the North Alabama market.”

The 262,880-square-foot facility will feature 32-foot clear heights, 46 dock-high doors, two drive-in doors, 156 auto parking spaces and 65 off-dock trailer spaces, along with ESFR fire protection, clerestory windows and concrete tilt-panel construction.

The development also provides room for future growth through an adjacent build-to-suit site of up to 254,200 square feet. Planned to be pad-ready in 2027 as part of the initial development, the site will offer users the flexibility to accommodate future expansion or pursue a facility tailored to their specific operational requirements.
