Corporate Office Properties Trust announced yesterday that Guidehouse would be added to the list of tenants at Huntsville’s Redstone Gateway development.

Guidehouse, a leading global provider of consulting services to the public sector and commercial clients, signed a 10,000 SF lease at the 8000 Rideout Road development. This office will primarily support clients from the Department of Defense, as well as other national security and federal law enforcement entities.

download With over 12,000 employees and 50 locations globally, Guidehouse became the newest of impactful tenants at the Redstone Gateway. COPT, who manages the Redstone Gateway development tenants, announced that Guidehouse brought the development to right around 89% capacity.

James Lomax, Vice President of Asset Management and Leasing at COPT, was excited that Guidehouse fit the larger story that is being built at the Redstone Gateway.
