Customer Service Firm TPG Telemanagement Sees Opportunity in Huntsville
On Wednesday, Huntsville Mayor Tommy Battle met with Lisa DeFalco, founder and CEO of TPG Telemanagement Incorporated, for a ribbon-cutting ceremony to dedicate the firm’s Huntsville branch.
TPG specializes in the development of Artificial Intelligence solutions for customer experience analytics. The company’s proprietary AI platform, named Anna, is capable of understanding dialogue intent and semantics in human interactions.
“TPG uses bleeding edge technology in the latest conversational AI and machine learning,” said Dr. Tommy Shrove, TPG’s Chief Information Officer, told the Huntsville Business Journal.
“We leverage tens of millions of conversations each year for the past 25 years. Each one of those conversations provides us the ability to train and model the best deep learning and semantic reasoning engines possible to be able to evaluate each conversation, no matter what market our clients are in. Each time we get a new conversation, it allows us the ability to retrain our models and gain better models. The technology of yesterday is speech analytics. TPG is changing the market with Anna.”
With partners such as Toyota, Amazon, and Capital One all making use of TPG’s services, it’s no surprise that TPG’s Huntsville branch has experienced swift growth since its inception last year. From a single employee in June of 2021 to over a hundred and growing now, TPG Telemanagement has joined the long list of companies that have seen the promise and opportunity in the Huntsville region.
