The Cheesecake Factory is opening at Bridge Street Town Centre in October and is looking for more than 250 people to join the team.

The new restaurant will feature The Cheesecake Factory’s signature menu with more than 250 selections including more than 30 lower calorie “SkinnyLicious” selections – all handmade, in house with fresh ingredients – and more than 50 legendary cheesecakes and desserts.

The Huntsville restaurant is scheduled to open Oct. 26. It will be in the former Cantina Laredo site across from P.F. Chang and next to Barnes and Noble.
