Ardent Preschool & Daycare Brings Excellence in Childcare to Clift Farm

October 28, 2021/in Lead, Community Development, Construction, Featured, News/by Kimberly Ballard

Schools are crucial to supporting and sustaining economic growth in any growing community and the 550-acre pedestrian-friendly Clift Farm development just got an A+ grade as Ardent Preschool & Daycare broke ground on their fourth Madison County campus on Uncle Frank Boulevard next to the Publix at Clift Farm in Madison. The school is expected to be completed by August 2022, in time for fall classes.

The new 23,000 square foot school will be the largest prototype preschool facility in Alabama. It will provide care for children ages six weeks through preschool and will feature 18 fully functional classrooms equipped with high technological systems and safely secured indoor and outside areas. It will also have an artificial turf soccer field, infant courtyard, splash pad, and multiple playgrounds for the purpose of ensuring a perfect dose of outdoor play for Ardent kids.

“Ardent is extremely excited to be expanding its services to the Madison area and providing the high level of quality childcare that so many families are looking for,” said Ardent CEO, John LaBreche.

Leeland Ventures has taken the lead on the development side, having done so on the past three Ardent Schools opened in Madison County, including the first location near Cummings Research Park in Huntsville, the Ardent Preschool and Daycare in Jones Valley, and the newest Ardent Preschool and Daycare at Redstone Gateway that opened in 2021.

“Leeland Ventures is proud of our ongoing partnership with Ardent Preschool to bring quality Christian education and childcare services to North Alabama and the Clift Farm community,“ said Leeland Ventures founder, T.J. Lee.

Fite Building Co. is the general contractor.

Over the past 20 years, Ardent Preschool & Daycare has opened seven schools in the Huntsville and Birmingham areas. They have been consistently voted the Best Daycare by parents in those areas.
