PCI Government Services Awarded Acquisition and Support Contract by Redstone

Five families of the Creek indegnous tribe refused to join the deadly Trail of Tears trek from south Alabama to Oklahoma in 1831.

Today, descendants of those families are partnered with the United States Army at Redstone Arsenal for government support services.

The Army announced PCI Government Services (PCI-GS), a tribally-owned LLC of the Poarch Band of Creek Indians, has been selected by the Army Contracting Command – Redstone Arsenal (ACC-RSA) to provide agency-wide program and acquisition support services under a five-year, single-award Blank Purchase Agreement (BPA) contract.

The agreement with the army will help to meet mission and operational imperatives. ACC-RSA and its mission partners have contracted with PCI-GS to provide a full range of program and acquisition support services that is critical in accomplishing the overall mission of the organizations. This BPA will also be used to address mission and operational needs for other ACC Centers, Army Commands, and Program Executive Offices (PEO).

“This award reflects the high quality and value of professional support services we’ve delivered to the Federal Government over the last five years,” said Cody Williamson, CEO of PCIFS. “As the only federally-recognized Tribal organization within the state of Alabama, we are honored to assist ACC-RSA with its mission to provide leading Acquisition and Program Support Services to its Army customers.”

The Poarch Creek Indians Federal Services (PCIFS) secured over $20 million in fiscal year-end contract awards providing critical services to U.S. Federal Agencies including Department of Defense (DoD) customers.  Over the past several years, PCIFS has developed into a seasoned government contracting entity performing support services to all branches of the military and multiple federal agencies in Alabama and beyond.

The Tribe created PCIFS to serve federal customers, including DoD. The contracts awarded recently include projects to build a modular hospital for the Indian Health Service and provide support for America’s military through the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter Program. One of the PCIFS companies, PCI Support Services, will build a new visitor center at the Okefenokee National Wildlife Refuge (NWR) Folkston, Georgia.

PCIFS consists of ten companies: Integrated Federal Solutions, Media Fusion, Muskogee Technology, PCI Productions, PCI Support Services, PCI Government Services, PCI Aviation, PCI Technology Services, PCI Manufacturing and H2PCI.
