The Beach Company hosts grand opening, ribbon cutting at The Range

July 13, 2022/in Community Development, Featured, Lead, News, Real Estate/by staff reports
Huntsville, AL – Yesterday, The Beach Company hosted a ribbon-cutting celebrating the grand opening of The Range, a new commercial office building at the western gateway into Huntsville on Governors Drive, and announced its first tenant, Bridgeworth Wealth Management.
“The Bridgeworth team is thrilled to be the Range’s first tenant and is very pleased with how the space turned out,” said Brian Hinson, Huntsville Managing Partner at Bridgeworth Wealth Management. “We selected this development because it provides our employees with increased convenience and work-life balance due to its walkability and proximity to notable restaurants, retail and entertainment. It is also an ideal location for our clients and the community we serve as we continue to expand our influence throughout the years ahead.”
The Range offers 48,320 square feet of Class-A commercial office space, featuring ample parking, multiple entry points, an open courtyard adjacent to the lobby, Gigabyte internet and convenient access to nearby restaurants. Inspired by Huntsville’s aerospace history and booming technology industries, the three-story building’s modern steel and glass structure maximizes natural light to create open interiors and high-end finishes.
The development is well-positioned next to The Foundry, a 340-unit mixed use multifamily and townhouse development, and Stovehouse, Huntsville’s largest carefully curated work, eat, play, drink and event complex, and offers convenient access to downtown Huntsville, Campus 805, the medical district, Research Park and Redstone Arsenal.
“Our tenants at The Range will find a comfortable and convenient office environment with quick access to local shopping, highly-rated schools, community resources and entertainment outlets,” says JC Darby, Development Manager at The Beach Company. “The goal of this project was to combine the elements of work, live and play all in one district and The Range, in conjunction with The Foundry and STOVEHOUSE, provides just that.”
The Range’s architect is Raleigh-based JDavis Architects and the general contractor is Brasfield & Gorrie. The Beach Company’s lender for The Range was Bank Independent Huntsville.
