Bristol Development Group finalizes $25M Lowe Mill development

March 26, 2024/in Development, Events, Featured, Housing, Lead, News, Real Estate/by Laura Boehringer

On March 25, Bristol Development Group officially opened The Gallery, a nearly $25 million, 107-unit apartment community near Lowe Mill, to residents.

Hosted by the Huntsville/Madison County Chamber of Commerce, a ribbon cutting ceremony was held to celebrate the grand opening.

The Gallery offers studio, 1 and 2 bedroom apartment homes with communal spaces including a yoga room, fitness center, maker space, and a dog park.

“We designed the Gallery to give our residents a world-class retreat inside their homes, while also putting them at the heart of a dynamic and fast-developing neighborhood,” said Sam Yeager, a Huntsville native and Co-Founder of Bristol Development Group. “Lowe Mill offers an incredible range of art, events and entertainment year-round – and the neighborhood is offering even more options every day.”

As-is, The Gallery is 5-minute drive from downtown but stands to become even more connected with the construction of the pedestrian access and redevelopment corridor (PARC) beginning later this year which is to feature a pedestrian and bike bridge that will begin less than a block from The Gallery.

Mayor Tommy Battle expressed excitement surrounding the development of The Gallery, PARC, and future mixed-use development projects The Gallery exemplifies.

“The infrastructure improvements along the Governors Drive corridor are encouraging residential and commercial investment, and this project is a great example,” said Battle. “We anticipate the trend will continue as we work with community partners to improve access to where we live, work and play.”

This Gallery is not Bristol Development Group’s first venture into Huntsville community development, which developed Artisan Twickenham Square in Downtown and is currently building Mural at Stovehouse, which will bring more than 200 new units to West Huntsville by early 2025.
