New Orleans inspired coffee shop to touchdown at Redstone Gateway next month

March 26, 2024/in Community Development, Development, Featured, Food, Food/dining, Lead, News/by Gus Wintzell

Redstone Gateway is the new location for Beignets & Brew, a New Orleans style beignets and specialty coffee company.

Beignets & Brew will offer walk up and drive-thru services, and feature a variety of beignets, coffee drinks, and breakfast sandwiches.

“Redstone Gateway is excited about this new-to-market concept. Travelers into Gate 9 will be able to enjoy hot beignets and coffee creations, while the employees at Redstone Gateway will be able to grab a midday treat. We at COPT Defense Properties welcome Beignets & Brew, and look forward to their success,” stated James Lomax, Vice President of Asset Management & Leasing at COPT Defense Properties.

Beignets & Brew will be located in the shipping container storefront at 2250 Rideout Road at the front of Redstone Gateway with convenient access outside Gate 9 on Rideout Road.

This is the second location for the Destin, Florida based company. Beignets & Brew will be expanding to eight other cities within the year.

The Redstone Gateway location is scheduled to open in April 2024.
