Coldwell Banker Commercial McLain Real Estate (CBCMRE) is marking its 50th year of continuous operation in Huntsville’s commercial real estate market. The company is also celebrating 40 years of service by D. Scott McLain, who has played a key role in the firm’s growth since joining in 1984.

Founded in 1974 by Gene McLain, CBCMRE has established itself as a leading name in commercial real estate, property management, and development throughout North Alabama.

The firm’s mission is to provide top-level service to its clients, building long-term relationships grounded in trust and professionalism.

Scott McLain’s leadership has been pivotal to the firm’s success over the last four decades.

His experience and focus on client satisfaction have helped CBCMRE navigate changes in the real estate market.

“We are proud to reach these milestones and remain committed to serving the community with the same dedication that has defined our business for 50 years,” said McLain. “Our clients are not just business partners—they are friends. Building lasting relationships has always been our priority.”

Looking ahead, CBCMRE continues to offer real estate, property management, and development services across Huntsville and the surrounding areas, while maintaining its values of service and integrity.
