Matt Curtis Real Estate Ranked #1 in Alabama for 6th Year, Rises to #57 Nationally

June 10, 2025/in Awards, Development, Featured, Housing, Lead, News, Philanthropy, Real Estate, Success/by Sarah Zupko

For the sixth consecutive year in a row, Matt Curtis Real Estate has been named the top real estate team in Alabama. The team also continues to climb the national ratings, now landing at #57 among the top 100 real estate teams in the nation.

“This recognition is a testament to our amazing team, the trust of our clients, and the mission that drives us,” said Matt Curtis, Founder and President of Matt Curtis Real Estate. “It’s not just about the number of homes we sell—it’s about the lives we impact along the way.”

Matt Curtis Real Estate has also achieved the following accomplishments:

  • 8,000+ Homes Sold
  • $2+ Billion in Total Sales
  • 4,000+ 5-Star Reviews
  • Five-Time Inc. 5000 Honoree
  • Two-Time “Best Place to Work” Winner

The company is notable for its commitment to giving back. For every 100 homes sold in North Alabama, the team funds the construction of a home for a family in need in Central America. So far, they have helped build 148 homes abroad, with the 150th expected to be completed in the fall of this year.

Closer to home, the team recently celebrated the near completion of the Curtis Cares Center. The center was formed in partnership with the Kids to Love Foundation, a local nonprofit that has provided critical resources for hundreds of thousands of children in foster care.

While the Matt Curtis team is celebrating this win, they will not be resting on their laurels.

“This is separation season,” said Curtis. “While others slow down, our team is doubling down. We’re not just celebrating—we’re focused on winning #7.”
