Bridge Street Town Centre announces three new restaurants

July 23, 2026/in Economy, Featured, Food/dining, Lead, News, Recreation, Retail, Tourism, Travel/Leisure/by staff reports

Bridge Street Town Centre will add three new restaurants to its dining lineup this winter. North Italia, Shake Shack and Sweet Paris Creperie & Café are all coming to the shopping center, with each restaurant featuring an outdoor patio. The additions join Starbucks, which opened at Bridge Street last year, expanding the center’s outdoor dining options.

The restaurant additions follow the recent openings of Madewell, L.L.Bean and Crocs at Bridge Street Town Centre. Tanger, the center’s owner and manager, has continued to add new retail and dining tenants since acquiring the property.

“We continue to cultivate an exceptional mix of brands, dining, and entertainment at Bridge Street that reflects evolving consumer preferences and builds on the strong momentum in the market,” said Maxine Miller, Assistant Vice President of Lifestyle Leasing at Tanger. “The addition of North Italia, Shake Shack and Sweet Paris Creperie & Cafe is a result of our strategic focus on bringing elevated, in-demand dining and social experiences that further position Bridge Street as the top retail destination in the market, designed for long-term growth.”

North Italia will open a 6,700-square-foot restaurant at Bridge Street Town Centre this winter. The restaurant will serve a menu of Italian dishes, including handmade pizzas and pasta, in an upscale casual setting.

Shake Shack will open a 3,400-square-foot location at Bridge Street Town Centre in 2027. The restaurant will serve its menu of burgers, chicken sandwiches, Crinkle Cut fries, milkshakes and lemonades.

Sweet Paris Creperie & Café is expected to open in fall 2026 at Bridge Street Town Centre. The 2,600-square-foot café will serve sweet and savory crepes, waffles, bowls, French-inspired breakfast and lunch items, coffee drinks, and a selection of alcoholic beverages including mimosas, wine and champagne.

Since Tanger acquired Bridge Street Town Centre, the property has added several new retailers, including Alabama’s only LEGO® Store, a Warby Parker location and an expanded Apple Store. The center’s tenant lineup also includes national retailers such as lululemon, Sephora, Anthropologie and Vans.
