I Love Sushi Express Celebrates its Grand Opening at Town Madison

February 8, 2022/in Entertainment, Events, Food, News/by Lori Connors

For all of you Sushi fans living near the stadium side of things, the wait is over. I Love Sushi Express, Town Madison’s newest dining adventure, has opened their doors for business.

The Sushi Burrito, a staple at Town Madison’s newest food location I Love Sushi Express

I Love Sushi Express officially opened at 11:00 am today, still with plenty of opportunity in the day to stop by and check out their menu.

Those who are already familiar with the I Love Sushi concept, I Love Sushi Express is a twist on the time-honored local favorite. Menu items feature Poke Bowls, Grab & Go Sushi, Hot Teriyaki Bowls, and Sushi Burritos. What is a Sushi Burrito you ask? Head over to Town Madison to find out for yourself!

“We’re extremely proud to roll out the first and only Sushi Burrito menu!” said Jim Xue, owner of Town Madison’s newest restaurant concept. “This twist on sushi is going to be your new favorite meal.”

The concept behind I Love Sushi Express is fresh, fast, and most importantly, fun. It’s a perfect way to start an evening before catching the Trash Pandas in action at Toyota Stadium. Or just something tasty and delightfully different for any day of the week.

“We went for modern contemporary dining with convenience in mind for the Town Madison location,” said Xue. “You will see a few familiar menu items like the Burrito Roll and the Teriyaki DonBuri Bowls, but also creative new items.”

Along with an assortment of tantalizing entrees, there’s also a select list of cold Sake and Imported Beers.Xue is no stranger to the world of unique and memorable dining ventures. In addition to I Love Sushi, Xue has left his entrepreneurial footprint throughout Madison County with out-of-the box restaurant concepts, such as Kamado Ramen, ChopChop Fresh Salads, Oh Crêpe, and Wok’sUp, just to name a few.

I Love Sushi Express will be a welcome addition to the new assortment of dining options along Zierdt Road. It promises to wow the tastebuds, as well as be a standout among good company with nearby restaurants, such as Outback, Slim Chickens, and soon-to-come Panera and Super Chix.

I Love Sushi Express is also a great place to bring family, friends, and out-of-town guests.

“Town Madison holds a very special place in our hearts signifying growth and fun for all,” said Xue. “We look forward to serving the south side of Madison and the Arsenal arena; we hope to see many familiar faces!”
