Ginger Harper of First Horizon appointed to the Alabama School of Cyber Technology and Engineering (ASCTE) Foundation Board

Ginger Harper, Senior Vice President, Private Client Group Manager at First Horizon, has been appointed to the Alabama School of Cyber Technology and Engineering (ASCTE) Foundation Board.

 

Ginger Harper has 22 years of private and retail banking experience and is responsible for lending, investment strategies, trust, and financial planning.  In this role, she focuses on providing comprehensive financial solutions and unparalleled service to affluent clientele.

Aside from her responsibilities with the bank, Ginger is deeply committed to the community.  Her local board service includes The Community Foundation of Greater Huntsville, Alabama A&M University, and Health Establishment at Local Schools (HEALS).  Additionally, she is a Founding Member of the International Women’s Forum – Alabama, founding member of the Community Foundation of Greater Huntsville Women’s Philanthropy Society and Past Board Chair of the Heart of the Valley YMCA and HEALS, Inc.

The Alabama School of Cyber Technology and Engineering Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation was established in January 2018 to benefit the school. The foundation’s mission is to promote and connect the school with critical industry, academia, and government partners, to assist the School Board of Trustees with the planning of all necessary goals and objectives for the successful establishment of the school, and with securing funding for property, equipment, and curriculum as well as extracurricular and margin of excellence programs.  The ASCTE Foundation’s goal is to raise the total amount of funds ($30 million) necessary to pay for the ASCTE campus.
