May 19, 2026/in Banking, Featured, Finance, Lead, News, People, Recognition/by staff reports

First Horizon Bank has announced that James “Tack” Tackett has joined First Horizon Advisors as a Financial Advisor. In this role, he will help develop personalized investment strategies for Huntsville wealth management clients through detailed needs analysis and risk assessment.

Prior to joining First Horizon Advisors, Tackett served for a decade as a Financial Advisor throughout North Alabama. He began his career with Edward Jones and, most recently, was with Riverfront Wealth Management. As a dedicated community servant, he is currently a member of Rotary International and serves on the board for the Wallace State Community College Future Foundation.

“I am pleased to welcome Tack to our Huntsville wealth management team,” said Ginger Harper, Senior Vice President and Private Client Manager for First Horizon. “He has a proven track record as a Financial Advisor, building enduring client relationships and delivering comprehensive financial guidance to clients.”
