What do you love most about living and working in Huntsville?

What I love most about Huntsville is the combination of hometown charm and big-city opportunity. It’s a community where relationships matter, businesses thrive, and community members genuinely care about making the city a better place to live and work!

What advice would you give your 22-year-old self?

I would remind my 22-year-old self that growth takes time. Focus on learning, asking questions, and building strong relationships. Titles will come and go, but the reputation you build through integrity and hard work will follow you throughout your career.

What motivates you on hard days?

Hard days motivate me by reminding me that growth doesn’t happen in comfort zones. Each challenge is a chance to learn, adapt, and make progress, no matter how small.

How do you like to spend your time outside of work?

Outside of work, my two boys keep me busy with sports, practices, games, and family activities. Spending time with them keeps me grounded, energized, and motivated in all I do.

How do you like to give back to the community, and why is it important to you?

I give back by serving on our local youth and high school football boards and participating in my church. These roles allow me to support initiatives that strengthen our community and provide opportunities for others. Being involved is important to me because I believe we each have a responsibility to contribute, help others succeed, and help strengthen the community we call home.

What’s your “why don’t we have this yet?” business idea for Huntsville?

Huntsville has great STEAM programs at places like EarlyWorks, but I’d love to see a dedicated indoor STEAM playground where kids can explore robotics, space science, and engineering through play. Creating a fun way to inspire the next generation of innovators in Rocket City.

Who has been the biggest influence on your career, and what valuable lesson did they teach you?

Brian Robinson (with Brian Robinson Coaching) has had a significant influence on my career. He encouraged me early on and helped me recognize my potential, showing me that I was capable of more than I initially believed. His support taught me the value of confidence, hard work, and stepping into opportunities for growth.
