Heather Juron was born and raised in Huntsville, Alabama. She has spent the majority of her professional career working in the residential construction and design industry. She has worked at Haley’s Flooring & Interiors since 2020, quickly rising through the ranks to become the Builder Division President in 2020. Heather achieved her BS Business Management from Athens State University. She has been married for 13 years and has an 8-year-old girl.

What is a fun fact about you?

I attended a conference in Dallas, Texas a few years ago, and the keynote speaker was former United States of America President George W. Bush. I had the privilege of sitting just a few rows back from him, and it was a surreal experience to be in such close proximity to a former United States President.

What is the best part about working in Huntsville?

I am thrilled about the new employment opportunities emerging in Huntsville. Being a native and having grown up here, it is heartwarming to witness the city’s progress and the exciting developments that lie ahead. What is even more remarkable is that despite the big-city feel, Huntsville has managed to retain its small-town charm, which makes it welcoming to everyone.

What is your best piece of advice for starting a career in Rocket City?

Make the most of every moment and meet new people as often as you can. Remember that failure can be counted as a success if you learn from it.
