Savannah Rumage attended the University of North Alabama where she received her Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications and Public Relations. She currently serves as Marketing Manager at Active8 Communications and the North Alabama Zoological Society. She spends her free time hanging out with her husband, Kyle, and making flower arrangements for church.

I am a huge Jimmy Buffett fan, and I’m actually named after his daughter, Savannah Jayne!

What is the best part about working in Huntsville?

Honestly, the people. Huntsville is full of so many great people who genuinely want to see you succeed and will help get you where you want to be. It’s also nice having so many food options for lunch break!

What is your best piece of advice for starting a career in Rocket City?

Go to all the networking events! Making connections is so important and can get you so far.
