Invariant Corporation Appoints Bill Roark to Board of Directors

Invariant Corporation has announced the appointment of Bill Roark to its Board of Directors. A seasoned entrepreneur and respected leader in the defense industry, Roark brings more than three decades of Department of Defense-related experience to Invariant’s strategic leadership.

Roark is the co-founder of Torch Technologies, Inc., co-founder of Starfish Holdings, the parent company of Torch, and the founder of Freedom Real Estate & Capital, LLC. As CEO of Torch, he led the company to national recognition, including being named one of the Top 100 Fastest Growing Companies in America by Entrepreneur Magazine and earning fifteen consecutive placements on the Inc. 5000 list.
