December 10, 2025/in Artificial Intelligence, Development, Events, Featured, News/by staff reports

Tango Tango commemorated its move to the HudsonAlpha Institute for Biotechnology campus with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Monday, Dec. 8.

The Tango Tango team hosted visitors from all across north Alabama at a ceremony at its new local headquarters at HudsonAlpha, including United States Representative Dale Strong (R-5th Congressional District), Alabama State Representative Rex Reynolds (R-District 21), along with family, friends, local investors and area emergency response personnel.

Tango Tango is a leading provider of next-generation push-to-talk communications and AI-enhanced communications for public safety and government agencies. Trusted by over 1,000 departments across 50 states, Tango Tango connects users through any device, network and location – enhancing coordination, response times and safety. Tango Tango’s product integrates seamlessly with existing radio systems and adds modern features such as cloud recording, computer-aided dispatch (CAD) software alerts, GPS tracking and secure messaging.

“HudsonAlpha offered the perfect mix of world-class infrastructure, a collaborative ecosystem and competitive economics,” said Trey Sharp, Tango Tango’s Founder and CEO. “It’s a place that fuels innovation and growth – a great match for Tango Tango’s mission.”

Tango Tango was founded in Huntsville and has primarily been funded by area investors. Its new headquarters at HudsonAlpha will serve as the home to the majority of its team, with room to expand as the company grows.
