Keller Williams Huntsville Expands Footprint with New “KW Valley” Business Center

June 18, 2026/in Featured, Housing, Lead, News, Real Estate, Success/by staff reports

Keller Williams Huntsville is expanding its North Alabama footprint with the launch of KW Valley, a new business center dedicated to serving the rapidly growing communities of Owens Cross Roads, Hampton Cove, and the surrounding areas.

The expansion marks a strategic investment in the southern corridor of the Rocket City, positioning the firm to better serve local clients while providing a localized hub for its growing roster of real estate agents.

Leadership Transition Anchors New Chapter

To spearhead the expansion, industry veteran Robert Simons will transition from his longtime role as Qualifying Broker for Keller Williams Huntsville to lead the new KW Valley location. Simons, who has served as Qualifying Broker since 2006, has been a cornerstone of the market center’s nearly two decades of local growth.

Succeeding Simons, Brett Milde will step into the role of Qualifying Broker for Keller Williams Huntsville, ensuring continuity in leadership and agent support for the main office.

Both locations will remain under the strategic direction of Operating Principal John Fudge and Team Leader Heather Jones. Jones was recently recognized among the Top 100 Keller Williams Team Leaders nationwide, a testament to the Huntsville organization’s market performance.

“The launch of KW Valley represents the next chapter of our growth,” the leadership team stated. “This expansion brings our culture, training, and resources directly into the communities we serve, while reinforcing our commitment to excellence across the entire Huntsville market.”

A Legacy of Local and Global Impact

Since entering the local market in 2003, Keller Williams Huntsville has focused on developing top-tier real estate professionals and supporting community growth. Nationally, Keller Williams stands as the world’s largest real estate franchise by agent count, boasting more than 1,000 market centers and approximately 180,000 agents globally.
