Construction Underway for Village at Hays Preserve

Doster Construction has broken ground for a $60 million luxury apartment development in Huntsville with Daniel Corp.

According to a news release, the 336-unit, seven-building Village at Hays Preserve, designed by Nelson Architects, is on 22 acres in east Huntsville, along U.S. 431 adjacent to Hayes Nature Preserve. Amenities will include a clubhouse, saltwater pool, and an onsite nature trail within the preserve.

Construction is expected to complete in early 2023 with first units becoming available in 2022.

Village at Hays Preserve adds to Doster’s growing presence in the Huntsville market with other ongoing projects at the Constellation mixed-use development, Eclipse at City Centre development, and Huntsville’s new eye surgery center.
