Registration is now open for the Huntsville/Madison County Chamber of Commerce’s annual trip to the State Capital, with Early Bird registration pricing offered through February 7.

The trip will take place on Tuesday and Wednesday, March 8-9 and will provide great opportunities for the Huntsville-Madison County’s business and elected leadership to meet and network with key leaders in state government while familiarizing themselves with Montgomery and advancing the issues included in the Chamber’s state agenda.

The Montgomery trip will be an overnight stay, with bus transportation included in the registration fee. However, participants are free to drive themselves. Separate hotel reservations are required.

A charter bus will leave from the Chamber parking lot on Tuesday and travel to the Renaissance Hotel at 201 Tallapoosa St. in Montgomery, where there will be an evening reception, Following a series of meetings on Wednesday morning, participants will leave Montgomery following lunch on Wednesday.

Hotel reservations can be booked by Feb. 11 through the Chamber’s room block using this link for the group rate. Early Bird registration for the Chamber trip is $400 by Feb. 7 and increases to $450 after Feb. 7. The reception only has a $100 fee.
