HUNTSVILLE, AL – At its July meeting, the board of directors of Progress Financial Corporation, the parent company of Progress Bank, approved a special cash dividend of $0.16 per share. The dividend will be payable on July 27, 2022, for shareholders of record as of July 8, 2022.
