Justin McDonald is the Director of Quality and Safety at COLSA Corporation located in Huntsville, AL. He started his career soon after graduating from Mississippi State University in 2008 with his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology. Additionally, Justin started McDonald Consulting Solutions, LLC, which focuses on assisting companies with developing their Quality Management System (QMS). Outside of his professional development, Justin has been involved in his local community over the past few years as a coach for youth baseball.

What is a fun fact about you?

I was very close to pursuing a career in coaching. Growing up I played sports at a high level.

What is your best piece of advice for starting a career in Rocket City?

The best piece of advice I could give is follow your passion and never become content with your current state. Never let anyone pull you away from your dream.
