Huntsville/Madison County Chamber Announces 2025 Best Places to Work® Winners

The Huntsville/Madison County Chamber revealed the 2025 winners of the annual Best Places to Work® Awards during a celebratory luncheon held on Tuesday in the VBC Saturn Ballroom. This year also marked the debut of a new award category recognizing companies that excel in supporting employee health and wellness.

Winners are determined based on confidential employee surveys, with data collected and tabulated by Quantum Workplace. Many companies use this valuable feedback to enhance their work environments and employee satisfaction.

Award Winners by Category:

Micro (10–24 employees)

  • Gold: New Hope Children’s Clinic
  • Silver: Erica Lane Enterprises
  • Bronze: Cahaba Federal Solutions
  • Health & Wellness: Erica Lane Enterprises

Small (25–50 employees)

  • Gold: Focus Physiotherapy Huntsville
  • Silver: Pinnacle Financial Partners
  • Bronze: Capstone Research Corporation
  • Health & Wellness: Focus Physiotherapy Huntsville

Medium (51–100 employees)

  • Gold: Offset Strategic Services, LLC
  • Silver: QTEC Aerospace
  • Bronze: Mission Driven Research, Inc.
  • Health & Wellness: Mission Driven Research, Inc.

Large (101–250 employees)

  • Gold: KODA Technologies Inc.
  • Silver: Monte Sano Research Corporation
  • Bronze: Intrepid
  • Health & Wellness: NMR Consulting

X-Large (251+ employees)

  • Gold: IronMountain Solutions
  • Silver: Integration Innovation, Inc. (i3)
  • Bronze: Booz Allen Hamilton
  • Health & Wellness: Integration Innovation, Inc. (i3)

“These are companies that are committed to retaining and recruiting the best of the best employees in Huntsville,” said Ashley Engles-Ross, the Chamber’s Vice President of Small Business. “By participating in the Best Places to Work program, they are investing in understanding what their employees want and need today, and assessing what their employees will want and need in the coming years.”

Four standout organizations were also inducted into the Best Places to Work® Hall of Fame, a distinction for companies that have earned the award for 10 or more years. This year’s honorees include Intuitive Research and Technology Corporation, Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI), PeopleTec, and IronMountain Solutions.
