Caleb Shaw – One Man’s Vintage – Founder/Co-Owner
Caleb Shaw is a Huntsville-born entrepreneur and the founder/co-owner of a local vintage shop, One Man’s Vintage. Caleb graduated from the University of Alabama in Huntsville with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. Upon graduation, Caleb started working at Northrop Grumman Corporation in Huntsville as a Pathways System Engineer before moving on to Intuitive Research and Technology Corporation as a Model-Based Systems Engineer in 2021. Caleb has long had a passion for entrepreneurship and vintage clothing, and soon quit his engineering position to open One Man’s Vintage located downtown at the Clinton Row Shops.

What is a fun fact about you?
I’ve been playing soccer for 20 years, and I currently play in the Huntsville Adult Soccer League (HASL).
What is the best part about working in Huntsville?
The best part about working in Huntsville is the blend of opportunity and diversity that comes with its rapid growth. As the city continues to expand, it attracts individuals from all walks of life and corners of the country, each bringing their unique perspectives and experiences to the table. I’m incredibly fortunate to interact with the Huntsville public on a daily basis, and have the opportunity to hear their stories.
What is your best piece of advice for starting a career in Rocket City?
My best advice for launching a career here is to actively network and engage with the local community. Through my own experience, I’ve connected with numerous individuals and organizations that have provided invaluable support.
