Joshua Philips is a Regional Property Manager at Brookside Properties, Inc., where he has spearheaded transformative projects across town, such as Eclipse Residences and The Foundry at Stovehouse. Joshua is an active member of the Alabama Apartment Association and the Huntsville Chamber of Commerce. During his time at Brookside Properties, Joshua has been recognized through a variety of awards, including the Circle of Honor and Property Manager of the Year in 2022.
