High Flying Jobs in the Air Travel and Logistics Industries

Are you ready to take off on a new career? Land a better job, or take a more direct route to a more exciting future?

The Huntsville International Airport at 1000 Glenn Hearn Boulevard is hosting an airline and logistics industrywide Job Fair this coming Tuesday, October 26 outside on Parking Deck Level 2 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. 

Several employers at the Port of Huntsville’s International Intermodal Center and Jetplex are hiring. Kerry Logistics, DSV Global Transport and Logistics, Unifi, and Axxeum are interviewing onsite for forklift operators, warehouse workers, A&P mechanics, and other technical and service jobs. 

Huntsville International Airport (HSV) will be showcasing employment opportunities in the air travel support field with companieHSV job fair posters like American Airlines, Piedmont Airlines, Signature Flight Support, GAT Airline Ground Support, and World Flight Services (WFS). They are looking to fill a variety of positions including, customer service agents, line service technicians, and ramp agents.

There are also hospitality jobs available for servers, cooks, cashiers, and room attendants with Four Points by Sheraton Hotel, Air Host/McAlister’s, and Paradies Lagardere.

The Transportation Safety Administration is hiring transportation security officers and public safety officers.

It will also be a fun event with a food truck available for lunch, and onsite chances for applicants to register for a $400 Breeze flight voucher. Parking will be validated for all attendees, and the first 10 participants will receive a free meal at the Heavenly Sinwiches food truck.
