Madison senior living development reaches second phase

MADISON, AL – Capstone Building Corp., a premier general contractor based in Birmingham, Alabama, along with Pennrose-BLOC, LLC, a collaboration of Pennrose, LLC and BLOC Global Development Group, LLC, has recently announced the completion of Stoneridge Villas Phase II. This $10.5 million phase is an affordable apartment community for adults 55 and over, conveniently located in the heart of  Madison, Alabama.  

Stoneridge Villas Phase IIStoneridge Villas Phase II adds 12 single-story apartment buildings to the senior living development. This phase covers 85,551 square feet and is comprised of 65 units in 1- and 2- bedroom options. The community offers seniors a state-of-the-art and affordable facility to live independently.  

Stoneridge Villas Phase I was completed in the fall of 2019 and included 80 units. Phase II began in June of 2021 and includes 65 units that look and feel like personal cottages. In both phases, there are unique design features to offer affordable rental housing for seniors.  

“We were honored to serve as the general contractor for both phases of this outstanding senior living development by Pennrose, LLC,” states Brandon Loyd, the Vice President of Project Management at Capstone Building Corp. “As Huntsville continues to attract more residents, Stoneridge Villas is the perfect addition to the rising city.” 

Stoneridge Villas is located at 1700 Balch Road, 35757, Madison, AL. Capstone Building Corp. is served as the general contractor with EDT-THA as the architect for the development.
