Investment Company Buys Former Remington Facility for $25M

The former Remington Outdoors plant has been sold for $25 million, NAI Chase Commercial Realty announced. Twenty Lake Holdings, a Connecticut-based Real Estate Investment and Management Company, purchased the facility for $25 million.
